Introducing the crypt biome

Hey adventurers!

We know many of you have been eagerly awaiting news on Eldria’s progress, so even though we're not quite ready to let you log in and explore for yourself, here's an update.

Dark crypts of the Creeping Shadow

A major focus right now is our art direction. We’re organizing all world assets into a system of distinct “biomes” — think ground, trees, walls, and props that share a unified look and feel. This system ensures each part of Eldria feels unique, while still belonging to the same cohesive world. Examples that we already have in place is the village biome, the cave biome and the forest biome. These have been teased in some of the screen shots on the landing page as well as on our Instagram.

Currently, we’re deep into designing the crypt biome. Imagine winding underground corridors, flickering torchlight on ancient stone, dark magic and human remains. We’re really excited to let you explore the tunnels that wind down deeper and deepar towards the most unholy places of the realm where even the Elder tree's blessing may not be able to protect you...

Starter area for the early access launch

Our current idea for the early access launch is to have a special starter area mainly designed to introduce core mechanics and lore. Since the class balancing and mechanics are still very rough, any character progress made here won’t carry over to the real release. However, to reward your early support, anyone who reaches the level cap will unlock an exclusive in‑game goodie for the real release. Note that this is just our current idea and is subject to change.
